These terms of use govern access to and use of the cofoundies.com website (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms. They apply to the showcase website; access to the Cofoundies platform (app.cofoundies.com) is subject to separate terms presented at sign-up.

1. Purpose

The Site presents the Cofoundies offering and lets visitors express interest through sign-up and contact forms. It is not intended to provide a transactional service.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. Cofoundies may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

3. Use

You agree to use the Site in accordance with its purpose and the law. The information you provide through the forms must be accurate and relate to you. You must not attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site, access it fraudulently, or submit unlawful or misleading content.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content is protected (see the Legal notice). No right of reproduction or exploitation is granted to you beyond simple consultation for personal purposes.

5. Liability

Cofoundies makes every effort to provide a reliable Site, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions. Cofoundies cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the Site, nor for the content of third-party sites accessible via links.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR), accessible from the footer.

7. Changes to these terms

Cofoundies may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you access the Site. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
